Grading

Attendance is expected.
Final Exam^3,7,6 = 60 points
Quizzes^4,8,6 = 20 points
Homework ⁹ = 20 points
Total⁵ = 100 points
³ Final Exam date to be determined.
⁴ Six quizzes will be given. The highest 5 scores will be totaled and scaled.

⁵ Approximately 90% of the total points will be an A and approximately 60% a D. The grades will not be curved.
⁶ Calculators, notes, books, and phones may not be used during quizzes and exams.
⁷ Makeup exams will be given only if a University recognized excuse is provided.
⁸ Makeup quizzes will not be given.
⁹ Best 5 scores out of 7 assignments.
