Homework: There will be homework assignments approximately everyday. The due date will be announced when the homework is assigned. NO late homework will be accepted. Each homework will be weighted equally, and the lowest homework grade will be dropped. The total will account for 50% of the 100 points allotted to "Graded HWs and Quizzes" in the syllabus.
Homework should be neat and stapled. Correct answers without supported work will receive no credit.Quizzes: There will be approximately 6 in-class quizzes throughout the semester. They will typically be announced one lecture in advance. No calculators are allowed on any quizzes. No makeup quizzes will be given. Each quiz will be weighted equally, and the lowest quiz grade will be dropped. The total will account for 50% of the 100 points alloted to "Graded HWs and Quizzes" in the syllabus.
