Eighth Edition, Chapters 8 and 9. The eBook option is recommended as an
affordable option. It is required that students have WebAssign access,
as homeworks will be set using this software.

numbering scheme goes straight from '0' to '2'. I used the number
'0' to emphasise the preparatory role of the first assignment but in
retrospect, I should have just labeled the first homework/quiz with a
'1'! Hopefully, this will not cause any confusion.
