There is no homework/quiz  1 - My numbering scheme goes straight from '0' to '2'.  I used the number '0' to emphasise the preparatory role of the first assignment but in retrospect, I should have just labeled the first homework/quiz with a '1'! Hopefully, this will not cause any confusion.
