We survey some open problems in the enumeration degrees. These problems
regard: the jump operation; automorphism bases; automorphisms; first-order
aspects of the local structure (degree of the theory and decidable
fragments); nondense segments; how properties of sets relate to
degree-theoretic properties. Finally we review some problems relative to
the context of the enumeration degrees within the Medvedev lattice.
