| Partitions with non-repeating even parts have been extensively studied especially because of their role in the fundamental Lebesgue identity. Comparitively little is known about partitions with non-repeating odd parts. We obtain a series expansion for the product generating function of partitions in which the odd parts do not repeat by studying them via 2-modular Ferrers graphs. This provides a unified approach to several fundamental identities in the theory of partitions and q-series such as those of Sylvester, Lebesgue, and Rogers-Fine. |
