Course Grades:

Grades will be assigned on the basis of 500 points. There is no "extra-credit" work.

by every Wednesday and due the next Wednesday in class. You may also put your homework in my mail box in 109 McAllister by Wednesday night (not preferred since they might be lost). No late homework is accepted. 5 problems will be assigned for each time. However, you should do as many problems as you can to get prepared for the quizzes and exams.

 

In class quizzes: (tentative) Jan 29, Feb 12, Mar 5, Apr 2, and Apr 16

 

Everything counts. There are more than 150 points to collect.

 

Exams: (tentative, rooms will be announced later.)

Examination I (100 pts.): February 26, 6:30 - 7:45 p

Examination II (100 pts.): March 26, 6:30 - 7:45 p

Final Exam (150 pts.): to be scheduled during the final week, May 4 - 8.

 

Late Drop deadline: April 10
