Research opportunities for students
Here are some applied mathematics research opportunities for
graduate and undergraduate students.

Computational Physics and Quantum Chemistry: Analysis and
eigenvalues of Schrodinger operators, joint with Jorge Sofo, and
Quantum Chromo-Dynamics (an area of Quantum Field Theory), joint with
James Brannick, Ludmil Zikatanov, and Jinchao Xu.

Medical imaging: Elastography of brain and other tumors, joint
with Corina Drapaca and
Anna Mazzucato.

Stopping times and numerical implementations of the Black-Scholes
equations: joint with Anna Mazzucato and Nick Costanzino (coming
soon).
