The talks will begin Saturday (23/9/2000) morning at 9:00 (NOT on Friday as previously announced) and will end Sunday afternoon. The talks will be 29 (sic!) minutes long, beginning at 9:00, 9:30, 10:30, 11:00, 3:00, 3:30, 4:30, and 5:00. Please note the 31 minutes breaks.
