About me:  Since the Fall semester of 2007, I have been holding an associate professor position at the Department of Mathematics,   The Pennsylvania State University. I have got my Ph.D. degree in mathematics from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in Sofia, Bulgaria in 1995.

Teaching:  In the Spring semester of 2010 I teach MATH 456-- Introduction to Numerical Analysis II. Click here to get to the MATH 456 page with course materials.

Research interests:  My research interests are in Numerical Analysis, and in particular in Finite Element Method and Multigrid Method. My recent and not that recent research activities are performed within the Center for Computational Mathematics and Applications (CCMA).
