| I will discuss work in progress in understanding enstrophy dissipation for weak solutions to the two-dimensional Euler equation and I will present an explicit example of a dissipative solution. If time allows, I will also discuss the connection with decay rates for the energy spectrum of weak solutions in both two and three dimensions. |
