Title: Hyperbolic conservation laws with involutions and contingent entropies
Abstract: The lecture will discuss the existence and stability of classical solutions, within the framework of weak solutions, for systems of hyperbolic conservation laws endowed with involutions and polyconvex contingent entropies. Examples of systems with this special structure arise in multi-space-dimensional elastodynamics and electromagnetism.
