Plagiarism in Israel Journal of Mathematics
In vol. 147 (2005), p. 209,
Israel Journal of Mathematics published an article by B. Velickovic
under the title "CCC forcing and splitting reals". The article was submitted for
publication on February 24, 2004 and revised in September 2004.
The main result of the paper and the
proof are identical to
the result and the proof that appeared on December 28, 2003 on the
e-print service arXiv.org:

The Balcar-Jech-Pazak paper had been available to Velickovic since December 2003,
yet it is not cited in the
Israel Journal of Mathematics article.
