FASP package
Fast Auxiliary Space Preconditioning (FASP) package is a package
of geometric and algebraic multigrid methods and their
applications, such as computational fluid dynamics, reservoir
simulation, and so on. Part of FASP package has been integrated
into SOCF (a commercial reservoir simulation software developed by
China National Offshore Oil Corporation).
MSC project
Model-Solver Community (MSC)
is a community project on fast solvers. The purpose of this
project is to construct a pool of problems (Model-Market) and
solvers (Solver-Bank) for these problems. It is a community of
models and solvers. For a problem (the Community contains problem
descriptions), there are a bunch of solvers (the Community
contains algorithm descriptions and source codes) for this
problem. A solver could be applied to different problems (the
Community compares performance and convergence of the solver for
various of problems).
