GFA Seminar
The Geometric Functional Analysis Seminar features both visiting and Penn State speakers, lecturing on a fairly diverse spectrum of topics, among them:
  • C*-algebra theory
  • K-theory
  • Noncommutative geometry
  • Representation theory and harmonic analysis
  • Geometric group theory
  • Manifold topology and surgery theory

The seminar meets on Fridays from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM in 106 McAllister. All interested persons are welcome to attend.
