GFA Seminars
The GAP and NCG seminars feature both visiting and Penn State speakers. The lectures cover a fairly diverse spectrum of topics, among them:
  • C*-algebra theory
  • K-theory
  • Noncommutative geometry
  • Representation theory and harmonic analysis
  • Geometric group theory
  • Manifold topology and surgery theory
  • ... and others

The GAP seminar meets on Tuesdays from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM in 106 McAllister. The NCG seminar meets on Thursdays at the same time and place. All interested persons are welcome to attend.
