Below are the recommended homework problems for each section we are going to cover this semester. These problems are considered to be the minimum amount of exercises necessary to learn the material. It is in your best interest to complete all of these problems, and probably more. However, none of these homework assignments will be collected or graded.
Solutions to the odd numbered problems are in the back of the book, but I would caution you against looking at the answers until you've made an honest effort to work out the solution on your own. Remember, sometimes problems get much easier once you know the answer, and you won't have answers on the test! I would also encourage you to work in groups, but copying your study buddy's work is not going to help you learn the material.
