Research support is available for a graduate student interested in pursuing a Ph.D. thesis on the theoretical and experimental aspects of the evolution of progressive, surface, gravity, water waves. The wavefields are fully three-dimensional, fully nonlinear and propagate in water of arbitrary depth.
