Geometric Methods for Computing High-Frequency Wave Limit Hailiang Liu Iowa State University Email: hliu@iastate.edu In this talk I will present a novel level set method for computational high frequency wave propagation in dispersive media, with an application to linear Schr\"{o}dinger equations subject to highly oscillating initial data. In this context I will also discuss the new development on computing multi-valued position density and other physical observables from high frequency wave fields governed by a class of dispersive and hyperbolic wave equations.
