| We are going to see how classical Sobolev bounds for generalized Radon transforms imply a natural fractal generalization of the regular value theorem from differential geometry, tight bounds on distributions of lattice points near dilates of strictly convex surfaces and related problems. Connections with the Erdos/Falconer distance conjecture and finite point configurations will also be discussed. |
