| We discuss several numerical issues related to the modeling of cerebral
blood flows. In particular, calibration and validation of hemodynamics
models of the Circle of Willis will be considered. The main area of
interest consists of a dozen or so of interconnected arteries. How to link
that computational domain to the rest of the vasculature is a delicate
problem. Here, we will consider and analyze several types of boundary
conditions for this purpose. Special attention will be devoted to models
for capillary trees.
