Title: "Complex-valued Lorentz angles, timelike convex surfaces, & Lorentzian Alexandrov spaces" (Geometry Working Seminar). Center for Dynamics and Geometry Seminars Stephanie Alexander, UIUC We consider: (a) the complex-valued Hilbert distance on the union of hyperbolic space and its exterior'' introduced by Jean-Marc Schlenker in order to extend results of Alexandrov, Andreev and Rivin; (b) realization theorems for timelike convex surfaces of Gaydolovich & Sokolov and Schlenker; (c) intrinsic properties of timelike convex surfaces; (d) Lorentzian analogues of tools in Alexandrov geometry.
