| We will discuss some open problems and a few known results about the
asymptotic behavior, both in time and space, of solutions to the wave
equation on manifolds which resemble the Euclidean space and the
hyperbolic space near infinity. This topic has received much attention
recently because of its connections to problems in general relativity. |
