| In this talk we will discuss about the background of grain growth driven by the mean curvature,
an exact formula established by MacPherson & Srolovitz in 2007 for the change of volume of an individual
grain. Finally we will talk about an extension of the MacPherson-Srolovitz formula and its applications. |
