| Let f:M\to M be a diffeomorphism of a 3 dimensional manifold. Let us assume that T\subset M is a 2 dimensional torus which is invariant under f and such that f|T is an Anosov map. Then we are able to prove that modulo irreducibility there are very few manifolds supporting such dynamics. This is joint work with J. Rodriguez Hertz and R. Ures. |
