|Title:||The K-theory of Symplectic Orbifolds|
|Speaker:||Tara Holm, Cornell University|
|I will discuss symplectic techniques that can be used to compute stringy invariants of orbifolds. The main examples include symplectic toric orbifolds, where we will see that the orbifold K-theory is torsion free. This talk is based on joint works with Goldin, Harada, Kimura, and Knutson.|
