| Operads provide a nice way for characterizing and studying a wide range of very important types of algebras, such as associative, Lie, commutative and Poisson algebras. The aim of this talk will be to look at two ways to categorically model multiplicative resolutions for algebras over a fixed operad: simplicially and differentially. We will examine how the Dold-Kan correspondence provides a comparison between the two perspectives and indicate how the comparison can be altered to an equivalence. |
