| In this talk I will survey the main objectives of probability theory:
Stochastic calculus, stochastic processes and distributional analysis.
Simple examples are given to illustrate the models. Special emphasis is given to some new developments in connection with other mathematical disciplines. Finally I will sketch some applications, in particular that I will mention new ideas in applied sciences which lead to new probabilistic results. |
