This talk is devoted to the stable discretization of 2D incompressible Stoke problem on quadrilateral grid. Particularly, a newly developed stable finite element pair and a related discrete Stoke complex will be introduced, where the finite element functions are kept piecewise polynomials on convex quadrilateral grids. Connection to and comparison with existing results are also talked about. |
