| In Riemannian geometry, there are a lot of links between the geometry and dynamics of a metric and the Laplace-Beltrami operator.
In this talk, I will present Finsler geometry, a generalisation of Riemannian geometry, and introduce a well-suited Laplacian operator. I will then focus on negatively curve manifolds and give some results and questions on the relationships between geometry and Laplacian. |
