| We study the question of Bi-Lipschitz Classification of germs of Complex algebraic
Surfaces. We are going to present a complete Bi-Lipchitz invariant. This problem is
closely related to the topology of 3-folds. The invariant is related to the
JSJ-decomposition of the links of the singular points, but not determined by this
decomposition. In particular, we will show how one can easily construct that
JSJ-decompositions (Carousel of Le Dung Trang). Based on the joint works with
Alexandre Fernandes, Walter Neumann and Anne Pichon. |
